Logo tourisme & handicap

Labelled “Tourisme et Handicap” (“Tourism and Handicap”), for motor, mental and auditory deficiencies, the Cité des télécoms, as a foundation, continues its efforts to improve access to culture related to telecommunications for all audiences, whatever the age or life situation of visitors: parents with a stroller, pregnant women, elderly people, people who have had an accident or who have one or more deficiencies, etc.

Access to the site

Specific parking lots located near the exhibition centre are restricted to people with reduced mobility. A drop-off area is located in front of the building.

Welcome and support

All the reception and facilitation staff are aware of how to welcome people with disabilities. For individuals, the visit of all the exhibitions is free as well as the access to the Radôme during the immersive journey. Activities and guided tours are offered during the school vacations for those who wish (the schedules are available at the reception desk).
For groups, the visits are adapted according to the handicap, with, if necessary, a preliminary preparation with the accompanying persons. Groups are taken care of upon arrival by one or more facilitators for their entire visit.
