A Few Tips for a Successful Visit
Booking your tickets online is highly recommended 😉
By reserving online, you can be sure to visit the Cité des Télécoms without any worries!
Your entrance ticket gives you access to all areas of the Cité: permanent exhibitions, the temporary exhibition, the immersive Radôme journey, and the daily activities (the program is available at reception upon your arrival).
For an additional €4 per person, we offer a Virtual Trip above the Radôme using a VR headset.
Since places for the Radome are limited, your scheduled time for the immersive journey will determine your arrival on site. Of course, you can arrive before your Radôme session (but not after!) and enjoy the exhibitions. Please note that your entrance ticket is valid all day, so you can enter and exit the site as you wish.
Another advantage of online booking: the “skip-the-line” counter! (a considerable time saver).
Tickets are also available at reception, but we cannot guarantee availability during peak periods, especially in summer.
Allow enough time to fully enjoy your visit!
We recommend arriving in the morning to explore the exhibitions and activities at a relaxed pace 😉
To access the Radôme, go to the upper floor of the exhibition center, then head outside to the esplanade.
The food truck “Blés en Folie” by Virginie (crepes and galettes) is available during the Easter holidays and in July and August.
A relaxation area in the exhibition center (with tables and chairs) is available for lunch or a snack in shelter. You’ll find vending machines with drinks, sweets, and snacks.
If the weather is nice, picnic tables are set up throughout the Cité park, allowing you to take a break outdoors with a view of the Radôme!
General Public: Entrance is free for the person with a disability upon presentation of a valid, personalized proof of status. Free entry is available only at the ticket counter.
