Practical informations

Some keys for a successful visit!

The Cité is currently closed to the public, reopening from Monday, February 19, 2024.

See you soon!

Booking your tickets online is highly recommended

Reserve online, and you will thus ensure the opportunity to visit the Cité in complete tranquility!

Your entrance ticket gives you access to all areas of the Cité: permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibition, immersive journey under the Radôme, as well as daily animations (the program is available at the reception upon your arrival).

In addition, for €3 per person, we offer you a Virtual Journey above the Radôme with a virtual reality headset.

Since the number of seats is limited for the Radôme, the schedule of the immersive journey will determine your arrival at the site. Of course, you can plan to arrive before the indicated Radôme schedule (but definitely not after!) and enjoy the exhibitions. Please note that your entrance ticket to the Cité des Télécoms is valid all day, so you can enter and leave the site at your convenience.

Another advantage of online reservation: the ‘fast-track’ cashier! (significant time savings).

The ticket office at the reception is also open, but we cannot guarantee places in case of high attendance, especially during the summer period.

The Cité des Télécoms, an unmissable stop on the Pink Granite Coast

Built on the site of the first international transmissions, in the middle of an 11-hectare park, the Cité des Télécoms is Europe’s largest culture and leisure centre dedicated to the world of telecommunications. With a sound and light show under the vast white bubble of the Radôme, permanent and temporary exhibitions, events, outdoor games, and more, the Cité des Télécoms offers a wide range of activities, with an emphasis on play and experimentation.

Plan for at least 3 hours of visit!

Finding your way

To access the Radôme, you must go to the floor of the exhibition centre and then head outside to the esplanade.
